m3u to WebTv.m3u converter

Can anybody guide me to any software to online converter that will convert an m3u file to webtv.m3u file please. Tried doing myself but V8s will not read my manual job of converting m3u to WebTv.m3u. usb stick was formatter before hand fat32 and webtv.m3u to root of usb. just would not read the file I created so I must have converted it incorrectly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Ted i am looking for the same instructions on how to convert my m3u files to web tv for my openbox v8s.
