    hi since taking your full year subscription we are finding it difficult to watch live football on key games in our area, we have tried many channels from 19.2 to 0.8 thor and they keep going off AND on during the match.

    is there any way you can check we are getting full service also is there a type of box you recommend for us to use that supports your server the best.

    we currently have a spider box 9900 hd and use it for the last 6 years is it outdated if so whats the best to buy
